On behalf of the Kazakhstan Association of Reproductive Medicine, I am pleased to welcome you to the XVII KARM Congress, dedicated to the 30th anniversary of the opening of the first IVF laboratory in Kazakhstan.
This anniversary is not just a date but an important milestone in the history of national medicine. Over three decades, reproductive medicine in our country has gone through a remarkable path of formation and rapid development — from the first laboratory successes and the birth of the first child to the international recognition of Kazakhstani reproductive science.
Our Congress brings together more than a thousand specialists from thirty countries — leading scientists, obstetricians-gynecologists, embryologists, geneticists, clinicians, and researchers. The broad representation of leaders in reproductive medicine is a testament to the high scientific level, openness, and international recognition of the Kazakhstani school of reproductive medicine.
Modern medicine is developing at an unprecedented pace, opening new opportunities for infertility treatment. Yet, despite the diversity of technologies, at the heart of our profession remains the human being — their life, their hope, and their dream of having a family.
May our Congress become a platform for an inspiring exchange of knowledge and experience, the birth of new ideas, joint projects, and lasting friendships that will help us all move forward — for the sake of health, family, and the future.
