formatting guidelines

General Provisions

Original scientific materials that have not been previously published will be considered. The subject of the abstracts must correspond to the Congress’s scientific areas, including:
  • reproductive medicine;
  • assisted reproductive technologies (ART);
  • obstetrics and gynecology;
  • reproductive endocrinology;
  • andrology;
  • embryology;
  • genetics and prenatal diagnosis;
  • fertility preservation;
  • related disciplines.

Abstract Formatting Requirements

  • Abstract length: up to 3 pages.
  • Submission languages: Russian, Kazakh, or English.
  • File formats: DOC, DOCX, RTF.
  • Maximum file size: 10 MB.

Abstract Structure

Abstracts must contain the following mandatory sections:
  • Background and Rationale.
  • Objective.
  • Materials and Methods.
  • Results.
  • Conclusions.
Section headings must be in bold, begin on a new line, and end with a period.

Author Information

The following information must be provided:
  • full name(s) of the author(s);
  • place of employment / organization;
  • city and country;
  • position and academic degree (if applicable);
  • contact email address and telephone number of the corresponding author.

Abstract Review

All submissions undergo scientific peer review by the Organizing Committee. The Organizing Committee reserves the right to reject submissions that do not correspond to the Congress topics or fail to meet the formatting requirements. The Organizing Committee may suggest editorial revisions without changing the scientific content.

Publication

Accepted abstracts will be published in the electronic Congress proceedings.

Abstract Submission Deadline

Submission deadline: September 30, 2026.

Abstract Publication Fee

Payment must be made only after receiving confirmation that the abstract has been accepted by the KARM Organizing Committee.
  • Publication fee for an accepted abstract: 20,000 ₸.
  • Please do not make any payment until you receive notification that your abstract has been accepted.
